Joseph and Jessie Waters Estate

Executors sale of Estate of Joseph Waters following the death of Jessie Waters. By his will dated 5th October 1926 Executors 0f which Jessie was one) had power to postpone sale – Boslandew was excepted – agreement of Jessie required- so was solely in his name.
